Abigail and Daniel's Wedding at Grand Central

Grand Central in Wolverhampton is one of those venues that just works when you keep it simple. No big theatrics — just a solid space that fills up fast once the guests arrive and the atmosphere starts building.

For this one, the portraits were actually done at the church before everyone headed over to Grand Central for the reception. That worked perfectly. It meant we could take our time earlier in the day, keep things relaxed, and then once we got to the reception it was all about people enjoying themselves.

By the time everyone arrived at Grand Central, the energy was already there. Guests straight into conversations, drinks flowing, music starting to lift the room. It didn’t need overcomplicating. A few natural moments captured as they happened, nothing forced, nothing dragged out.
That’s how we like to shoot — let the day breathe. If the portraits are done, great. If they’re not, we keep it quick and natural. No disappearing acts for an hour.
