HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO YOU BOOK OUT?
At our photography and videography business, we highly recommend booking our services 1-2 years in advance. Our dedication to delivering exceptional results and our growing popularity among clients contribute to our busy schedule. By securing your booking well ahead of time, you ensure that our expert team will be available to capture your special moments with the utmost care and creativity. However, please note that we do try our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible. To secure your preferred date and receive our undivided attention, it is best to reach out to us as soon as you have an idea of the event or occasion you would like us to cover.
WHAT DEPOSIT DO YOU REQUIRE?
At our photography and videography business, we require a booking fee to secure your reservation. For most packages, the booking fee is set at £200. However, if you opt for our combined photography and videography package, the booking fee increases to £400.
Additionally, if travel expenses are applicable, these will be quoted and added to the booking fee. This ensures that we can make the necessary arrangements to capture your special day in the desired location.
After the wedding, the remaining balance will be due within 5 days. We understand that you might have many other tasks to attend to after the wedding, so we aim to provide a reasonable and convenient timeframe for final payment.
Please note that the booking fee and remaining balance contribute towards covering our expenses, ensuring we can offer you the highest level of service and quality for your photographs and videos.
DO YOU SHOOT UNUSUAL WEDDINGS? SAME SEX WEDDINGS? TATTOOS WEDDINGS? ANYTHING IN BETWEEN WEDDINGS?

DO YOU NEED TO VISIT THE VENUE BEFORE THE WEDDING?
No, we do not need to visit the venue before the wedding. Our experienced photographers and videographers are skilled in capturing beautiful moments in any given setting. We utilize our expertise and knowledge in composition, lighting, and equipment to ensure we capture the essence of your special day without the need for a prior visit to the venue. Rest assured, we are fully prepared to adapt to any venue and create stunning photographs and videos that reflect the unique atmosphere of your wedding.
WILL YOU HAVE A SECOND SHOOTER ATTEND?
Sometimes! We love capturing those precious moments with just our awesome skills, but occasionally, we do like to bring in a second shooter for larger weddings or if we feel like some extra hands might come in handy. No worries though, we'll always give you a heads up in advance if we plan to have a second shooter. Our main goal is to make sure we capture the best memories for you!
WILL YOU HELP US MAKE DECISIONS IF NECESSARY?
Absolutely! We are more than happy to help you make decisions. In fact, we love brainstorming and discussing ideas with our clients. Whether you have a clear vision in mind or need some inspiration, we'll be there to lend a hand and offer suggestions. ARE YOU BRINGING BACK UP GEAR?
Absolutely! We understand the importance of being prepared for any situation, so we always have plenty of back up gear in tow. Rest assured that we won't let any technical hiccups get in the way of capturing your precious moments. Our goal is to provide you with the best photography and videography experience possible, and having extra gear on hand is one of the ways we ensure that happens.
WILL YOU PROVIDE RAW FILES?
No, sorry. For photographs, all images go through the editing processes and are converted into jpeg files so you can view them anywhere. However, all the unedited video files recorded on the day I make available on a hard drive.
WE STILL WANT A COUPLE OF FORMALS AT OUR WEDDING ALTHOUGH WE DO NOT BELIEVE IT TO BE PARTICULARLY TRADITIONAL IN GENERAL. IS THIS OK?
Yes of course it is :) I will advise with genuine appreciation for you and your guests. If you can provide a shot list and designate someone to gather the guest’s formal shots will run more smoothly.
DO YOU OFFER ALBUMS, PRINTS AND OTHER PRODUCTS?
No, I do not provide albums. All images will be delivered on a USB or via file sharing.
