By completing the contact form, you agree to Specular Visuals contacting you regarding videography and photography services. Contact will only be made in relation to the enquiry made and you will not be added to any mail lists. Your personal information will not be used for any marketing nor will it be passed on to any third parties. If you request for any of your personal details to be deleted, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
CLIENT DATA HELD ON FILE
We take care over the processes around looking after personal data stored on our physical systems. Specular Visuals holds the following personal data of clients:
Specular Visuals uses a client management system provided by Google G Suite to store the above contact details collected at www.specularvisuals.co.uk, this data is only used in order to respond to your enquiry for Specular Visuals to provide wedding videography and photography services, and is accessed through 2 workstations and 1 mobile device, all of which are heavily password protected.
If you decide to book videographic or photographic services from Specular Visuals, these details are held within soft copy and sometimes hard copy contracts, as well as soft copy and hard copy wedding client ‘day plan’ documents. Soft copy contracts and day plans are safely stored within our password protected windows laptop and backed up to two encrypted external hard drives. Hard copy contracts are filed in our secure office, see below for security details.
Client videos and photos are safely stored within my password protected office windows machine and backed up to two encrypted external hard drives. An additional a cloud copy off files may be stored on GDPR compliant Google Drive.
CLIENTS AND WEDDING GUESTS CAPTURED IN PHOTOS
In terms of explicit GDPR compliance, Wedding clients and guests are videoed or photographed within the parameters of GDPR legislation on the basis of ‘legitimate interests’. The taking of video and photographs of wedding guests when viewed as a form of processing personal data is necessary for the legitimate interests of Specular Visuals as a video and photography business unless there is a good reason to protect a given individual’s personal data which overrides those legitimate interests.
